Where are your self storage facilities located?
We have facilities in Marbella and San Pedro de Alcántara on the Costa del Sol in Spain.
What size storage units do you have?
Our storage units range from 1m2 to 20m2 with all sizes in between. If you need more space you can rent as many units as you like. We will be able to advise you of the best way to store your goods when you contact us.
How high are your storage units?
Our storage units are 2,5 meters high.
What is your minimal rental period?
The minimal rental period is one month.
What items can I store?
With certain exceptions, you can store anything which is legal, as long as it is not perishable or inflammable. Please check our Terms and Conditions for detailed information on itema are (not) allowed. We reserve the right to refuse any type of storage if we see fit to do so.
Can I see the storage unit before signing the rental contract?
Yes, feel free to visit us during office hours or contact us to schedule an appointment.
Do I book a storage unit online or can I just walk in and rent one?
Both options are available. It's up to you which one you prefer.
Can I reserve a unit in advance?
Yes, if you want a particular unit, it is a good idea to reserve it in advance. This will guarantee your unit is available when you want to use it. We accept unit reservations to a maximum of 30 days in advance. To reserve a unit, click on the Book now button at your preferred location.
Can I get up close to the storage unit in my car/van?
Yes you can pull into the loading bay to load and unload. We have transport trolleys available for your convenience.
How do I work out the amount of space I need?
We can help you with that. You can contact us or use our online booking assistant.
How safe are my belonings when I store them with you?
Very safe. Our storage facilities are secure and fitted with surveillance cameras on the inside and outside. We also have sensors, top of the range alarm systems inside and out and direct links with the police and fire brigade.
Are my belongings insured with you?
Yes, every storage unit comes with a mandatory insurance included in the rental price. We offer the opportunity to increase the insured amount at very favourable rates.
How can I pay the rent?
We accept credit and debit cards. You can also set up a direct debit or pay by bank transfer. You will receive an invoice every month.
Do you have packaging materials?
Yes, we have a range of packaging materials for sale including boxes, bubble wrap, tape, and much more.
Can I change my storage unit if I need a smaller or larger one?
Yes. You can change to a smaller or larger storage unit if your needs change. With a wide range of unit sizes available, we can usually find an option that suits you. Changes are subject to availability.
Can you help me arrange transport to move my goods?
Yes, we can arrange a removals service to pick up your goods and bring them to us.
How much notice is required to terminate the rental agreement?
A minimum of 14 days advance notice is required.
